Website Terms of Use

Effective August 9, 2026

These are website-use terms, not a customer service agreement. No project is accepted, no delivery date is promised, and no payment is due merely because someone visits this site, sends an email, or reviews a preview. Any project requires a separate written scope from the verified legal seller identified in that agreement and invoice.

Informational offer

The website describes the current intended Core, Pro, Care, and Site Watch offer. Availability, final scope, capacity, timing, price protection, recurring terms, revisions, ownership, refunds, and support are controlled by a customer-specific written agreement. If this site and a signed customer agreement conflict, the signed customer agreement controls.

Preview-first process

A qualified request may receive a private, buyer-specific homepage preview. A preview is an evaluation artifact, not a launched website, completed service, transfer of ownership, or promise that the full project has been accepted. PayneDocs may decline or pause a preview or project request.

If a buyer wants to continue, the normal intended sequence is: signed exact scope and complete build handoff; written Company acceptance of scope and capacity; full authorized site prepared in staging; buyer review and written go-live authorization; Company invoice; cleared Company payment; then launch. Only the signed customer agreement can create a binding project commitment or change that sequence.

Accuracy and buyer-provided content

Business facts, claims, licenses, prices, reviews, images, marks, and other supplied materials remain the buyer's responsibility. A buyer must have the rights and permissions needed to use anything supplied and must review the staged site for accuracy before authorizing launch.

No performance guarantee

Examples, concepts, previews, technical features, and design decisions do not guarantee search ranking, map placement, traffic, calls, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, regulatory compliance, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every third-party service.

Concept work and intellectual property

Clearly labeled concepts are demonstrations, not client projects or results claims. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, PayneDocs retains its pre-existing methods, tools, templates, and evaluation artifacts. No permission is given to publish, resell, copy, or deploy a private preview before the applicable written transfer terms and cleared payment.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing material, misrepresent identity or authority, scrape contact information for abuse, or use a preview to impersonate a business. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make PayneDocs responsible for those services.

Website availability and liability

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PayneDocs disclaims implied warranties concerning this public website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from its use. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and contact
