Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information associated with paynedocs.com is handled. PayneDocs does not sell personal information and the current website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Information you choose to send

If you email office@paynedocs.com, you may provide your name, contact details, business information, website or listing URL, project requirements, and later the content or access needed for an accepted build. This information is used to respond, evaluate a preview request, prepare or deliver an authorized service, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Website forms

When you submit the contact or buy-box form, the information you enter is sent to and stored on PayneDocs' website infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers KV). The infrastructure may also send an alert email to PayneDocs when notification delivery is configured. Form submissions are retained for up to 400 days, then deleted automatically. If the server submission cannot complete, the site shows an error and offers PayneDocs' direct email address so you can send your message yourself if you choose; nothing is stored server-side in that case.

Site interaction events

Selected buttons and links on the site record a first-party interaction event when clicked (for example, which call-to-action was used). An event may include the page, the button identifier, the referring page, campaign (UTM) parameters from the address bar, and a short-lived random session identifier. These events are stored on the same website infrastructure for up to 90 days and may trigger a notification email to PayneDocs. They are first-party operational records used to understand and improve the site and are not shared with advertising networks. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. Cloudflare describes that service as privacy-first and cookie-free and states that it does not track individual visitors across customer sites. No advertising trackers are used.

Private previews and project files

Buyer-specific previews are review artifacts, not public client work. Project content and credentials should be supplied only through a Company-approved handoff method. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data by ordinary email. Access should be delegated when a service supports it, and credentials should be rotated after launch.

Hosting, analytics, and email providers

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process standard network and security data such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested URL and provides the aggregate Web Analytics service described above. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

Payment information

If a project reaches an authorized invoice, payment is handled through the payment processor identified on that invoice. PayneDocs sellers must not collect card details personally. The processor may collect payment, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.

Retention and disclosure

Information is kept only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business records, dispute handling, security, or legal requirements. It may be disclosed to service providers that support the work, to a buyer-authorized collaborator, or when required to protect rights or comply with law. It is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or opt out of commercial email by writing to office@paynedocs.com. A suppression record may be retained so the opt-out can be honored.

This policy may be updated as the website or service providers change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted. Questions belong at office@paynedocs.com.
